Middle drum with 1/4-in vs. 3/8-in half-rounds welded on. Helps extend the life of the scraper for decreased maintenance time.
Pickup clutch
Pickup clutch with a higher torque and less trips. Bale fast with more confidence that your pickup clutch will be able to keep up with you.
Sealed spherical bearing
Spherical roller bearing in the lower tailgate idler roller with triple lip seals integrated into the bearing. Long-lasting bearing with high-load capacity and high contamination protection for minimized maintenance.
Heavy-duty components
Large bearings, shafts, rollers, chains and poly risers. Long life of components, minimal maintenance and ease of maintenance.
Optional 540 rpm or 1,000 rpm
Operators can choose between 540 rpm or 1,000 rpm. Allows for more flexibility among operations with different tractors.
Endless belts
Four endless belts made of layers of synthetic material and rubber. Provides longevity and peace of mind through durability and ease of maintenance. Smoother material is also beneficial in silage baling.
3-year pickup coverage
Coverage for three years on internal components – not included on non-wear items. Increased peace of mind.
Rubber-mounted pickup teeth
Large diameter solid wire pickup teeth encapsulated in rubber. Rubber-mounted pickup teeth are more durable and last longer than a standard pickup tooth.
Camless wide pickup
Pickup that is wider than the bale chamber and lacks cammed bearings, tracks and bushings. A camless pickup has fewer wear parts than a cammed pickup to help lower the cost and time spent on maintenance. A wider pickup can also help operators pickup more crop at once for a quicker finish in the field.
Poly net pan
Net rails lined with poly strips. Time savings and ease of maintenance due to not having to clean off the net pan.
Core control
Turn the density off until the bale reaches a certain size, once that size has been reached, the density system turns on. Helps operator start a bale in difficult crops or conditions. Finished bale is easier to transport, easier for the cow to eat and breaks apart better in a feed mixer.
Knife pressure override
Operator can override the pressure relief setting to give full tractor pressure to the knife bank. Allows operator to break through build up on the knife bank to engage the knives. Provides comfort to the operator knowing that they can clear the knife bank.
Atlas Pro™ control system
7-in color touchscreen display mounted in the cab of the tractor. Gives operator insights into real-time bale statistics including bale shape, bale size, net tension, net roll gauge, number of wraps, optional scale, density, field data, bale count and moisture (up to 29%).
Diverter belts
Set of belts outside of the baler than deliver crop into the rotor. Help to guide crop into the chamber and help prevent build-up.
Drop floor
Spring-mounted floor that can be dropped hydraulically from the cab. The spring-mounted floor helps reduce the occurrence of plugging. The hydraulic drop helps clear plugs that may occur while baling.
Split gearbox
Unique shared-drive gearbox design with integrated transversal shafts for equally divided power. Less wear on chains and sprockets for a more even distribution of power from tractor to baler.
Poly riser stripper bands
Wide poly stripper band with an intentional design. Reduced maintenance time due to the unique geometry that promotes crop stripping and minimizes pickup wrapping.
17-knife chopping system
Two knife bank system using 8, 9 or 17 knives to precut the crop – all controlled from the Atlas Pro control system. Select eight or nine knives for a moderate cut length, all 17 knives for maximum processing, or lower both knife banks to bale without chopping. Operators can choose their preferred cut length for optimizing bale density, silage quality, feed mixing tim
